Refund Policy

Superior Waste Management Company LLC is committed to providing reliable sanitation and rental services. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.

 

DEPOSITS & RESERVATIONS

 

Deposits or reservation fees may be required to secure equipment and scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Cancellations made prior to delivery may qualify for partial or full credit at the discretion of the Company. Late cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees, delivery charges, or administrative costs.

 

NO REFUNDS AFTER DELIVERY

 

Once equipment has been delivered, setup completed, or services performed, refunds will generally not be issued.

 

SERVICE ISSUES

 

If a customer experiences a service-related issue, they must notify Superior Waste Management Company LLC immediately so we may reasonably attempt to correct the issue.

 

APPROVED REFUNDS

 

Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

 

The following are generally non-refundable:

 

• Delivery fees

• Emergency service fees

• Additional cleaning charges

• Damage fees

• Custom service charges

• Reserved equipment holding fees

 

WEATHER & UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS

 

Refunds will not be guaranteed for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by weather, site conditions, acts of nature, restricted access, or circumstances beyond our control.
